1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using any product by Achmad Alimin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Description of service

These terms apply to all Figma plugins published under the Achmad Alimin developer account, including Aleto, Framenizer, and VectorCraft. Each plugin may use artificial intelligence and/or operate on a credit-based system where applicable.

3. Credit system and payments

Applies to plugins that use a credit-based model (Aleto, VectorCraft):

• Credits are digital products delivered instantly upon successful payment
• Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used
• Credits are consumed only upon successful output generation
• Failed conversions due to technical issues do not consume credits
• All payments are processed securely through Gumroad

4. Intellectual property and commercial use

• You retain all rights to your original designs and input materials
• Generated outputs come with full commercial usage rights
• No attribution is required for generated content
• You may use generated outputs in commercial projects, client work, and resale
• VectorCraft's vector generation is additionally subject to Recraft AI's licensing terms — please review their license agreement

5. Limitations and disclaimers

• Output quality may vary based on input quality and complexity
• All plugins are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee specific quality outcomes for generated content
• Service availability may be subject to maintenance and technical limitations
• We are not liable for any data loss resulting from the use of any plugin

6. Refund policy

Due to the digital and instantly delivered nature of credits, refunds are generally not provided. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for technical issues or service problems.

1. Information we collect

Depending on the plugin used, we may collect:

• Design or bitmap content you choose to process (temporarily, for processing only)
• Plugin usage data for service improvement
• Payment information (processed securely through Gumroad)
• Email address (only if you contact support)

Framenizer does not collect any personal data — all operations are performed locally within your Figma instance with no data sent to external servers.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the plugin's core service (AI processing, frame management, etc.)
• To process payments and manage your credit balance where applicable
• To provide customer support when requested
• To improve plugins and fix technical issues

3. Data security and retention

• All data transmission uses industry-standard encryption
• Any design or image content is processed temporarily and not permanently stored
• Generated outputs are delivered to you and not retained on our servers
• Credit and usage information is stored securely within Figma's infrastructure

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., AI processing through secure APIs such as Recraft AI for VectorCraft) or as required by law.

5. Third-party services

Plugins that use AI processing transmit relevant content to third-party AI providers (e.g., Recraft AI) solely for the purpose of generating outputs. These transmissions are temporary and governed by the respective provider's privacy policy.
